Issue 1: Miner powered on but cannot connect to WiFi

Possible causes:

• Using a non-2.4G WiFi network
• WiFi name or password contains special characters
• Control IC not started

Solutions:

• Check WiFi type – must use 2.4G WiFi (router or hotspot)
• WiFi name and password must consist of English letters and numbers, or a combination of both. Special characters are not allowed.
• While powered on, press the reset button 1–3 times to reset the main control chip.

Issue 2: Miner powered on, screen and fan do not work

Possible cause:

• Power adapter output does not match

Solution:

• Measure whether the adapter output voltage is within 12V ±3%. If not, replace the adapter.

Issue 3: Miner powered on, screen does not light up but fan works

Possible cause:

• Control IC not started

Solution:

• While powered on, press the reset button 1–3 times to reset the main control chip.

Issue 4: Adapter indicator light does not light up or keeps flashing

Possible cause:

• Adapter does not output or output is unstable

Solution:

• Replace the adapter.

Issue 5: WiFi and power consumption are normal, but hash value is 0

Possible causes and solutions:

① Incorrect mining pool address
Check the mining pool address carefully. Query accurate pool information at https://miningpoolstats.stream/bitcoin.

② Incorrect port number selection
The same mining pool may have multiple ports, each corresponding to different access difficulty levels. Choose the appropriate port based on your device's hashrate.

③ Pool difficulty mismatch
All mining pools have a minimum access difficulty requirement. Ensure your device's computing power meets the pool's access threshold. Reference: 500G can access a pool with difficulty below 1000 (port number).

④ Incorrect wallet address format
You must use the mainnet wallet address of the coin being mined. For BTC, mainnet addresses generally start with 1, 3, or bc1.

⑤ Username configuration issue
Some mining pools require a registered account. For such pools, enter the corresponding miner name during configuration.

Issue 6: Miner runs with low power consumption (below 5W)

Possible cause:

• Control IC not started

Solution:

• While powered on, press the reset button 1–3 times to reset the main control chip.

Issue 7: Successfully connected to WiFi but miner restarts repeatedly

Possible cause:

• Mining pool resolution failed

Solution:

• Change mining pool.

Issue 8: Miner keeps restarting and the hashrate is unstable

Possible causes and solutions:

① WiFi congestion or instability
Switch to a stable WiFi or hotspot connection.

② Mining pool restrictions
Change to a locally allowed mining pool or a well-known pool.

③ High power consumption, high temperature, temperature protection triggered
Keep the environment temperature below 30°C and place the device in a well-ventilated area.
