Cancellation Policy

Due to the unique characteristics of high-performance computing equipment, including frequent price fluctuations, long supply chain lead times, and build-to-order manufacturing, we have established the following cancellation and return policy.

This policy applies to all mining hardware products purchased through the Company's official website or other authorized channels. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set forth herein.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

2.1 ORDER LOCK-IN

Once an order is submitted and payment is completed, you confirm the model, quantity, and price of your order. Due to the volatility of hardware market pricing, orders are generally non-cancellable after confirmation.

2.2 LIMITED CANCELLATION WINDOW

To allow time for order review, we offer the following limited cancellation windows:

Incorrect Order Details Within 24 hours of payment If the model or quantity was entered incorrectly and the order has not yet entered production or fulfillment, you may request cancellation.
Duplicate Order / Accidental Purchase Within 24 hours of payment Please provide supporting evidence; our customer service team will verify and process accordingly.

Once the above time window has passed or the order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to accept cancellation requests. We appreciate your understanding.

2.3 CANCELLATION DUE TO STOCK SHORTAGE

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock shortages on our end or that of our suppliers, we will proactively contact you to discuss solutions, which may include a full refund or waiting for restocking.

3. REFUNDS

If your order qualifies for cancellation under Section 2 above, refunds will be processed as follows:

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

4.1 NON-CONSUMER GOODS DECLARATION

All products on this website are commercial-grade professional equipment built to order. These products are not subject to consumer protection laws regarding "7-day no-reason returns." Please be advised accordingly.

4.2 INSPECTION & DISCREPANCY REPORTING

  • Inspection Period: Please complete an inspection of the product's appearance and basic functionality within 2 days of receipt (based on the carrier's delivery confirmation date).

  • Failure to Report: If no written discrepancy is reported within the inspection period, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in full compliance with the sales agreement.

  • Appearance Issues: If there is visible damage such as packaging damage or surface scratches, please take photos immediately upon receipt and contact customer service within 48 hours of signing for the delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

4.3 REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If you refuse delivery without valid justification, all related shipping costs and handling fees shall be borne by you. Should you require re-delivery, additional administrative fees may apply.

5. MARKET RISK DISCLAIMER

Please be fully aware before placing your order: Prices of high-performance computing equipment are subject to market volatility and may fluctuate due to exchange rates, supply chain conditions, and changes in market supply and demand. The Company makes no promises or guarantees regarding the future market price of any product. Please make your purchase decision based on your actual needs and budget.

6. SCOPE OF LIABILITY

  1. The Company makes no warranties regarding usage yields, performance output, or market value of any product.

  2. This policy does not replace product warranty terms. Please refer to the Product Warranty Policy for warranty coverage and procedures.

  3. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions.

7. POLICY UPDATES

The Company reserves the right to update this policy as business needs require. The updated policy will be published on this page with a new effective date and will apply to all orders from the date of publication onward.
